Carbon Wise is an independent organisation committed to helping Victorians reduce their energy and water use, both at home and at work. Being more energy or water efficient isn’t just about being a “greenie”. Whether you want to reduce costs, help the planet or simply improve your comfort level, there are solutions for you!

Existing buildings constructed prior to sustainable building practices vary widely in their efficiency. Our expectations, aspirations and technology have altered considerably over the last 40 years to the point where our energy consumption is contributing to how the planet treats us. Changes to rainfall patterns mean we need to get smarter about managing our gardens and water use. The good news is, there are many ways to make your home or workplace more efficient, and they don’t have to cost the earth!
